What age children do CLIMB Learning work with?

CLIMB Learning therapists are highly experienced in working with children of all ages. Our programs are typically directed toward younger children however please be in touch and we can chat with you about your situation. 

What is evidence-based therapy?

Evidence-based therapy is therapy that is backed by scientific evidence. It uses the best available research together with clinical expertise.

Who is CLIMB Learning for?

CLIMB Learning is a one-stop therapy support clinic where children who have been diagnosed, or are either suspected of presenting with a developmental disability, disorder or delay can engage in a program to enhance their foundational communication, learning, behaviour and social, skills. 

Can I claim for any of your services under my medical insurance?

Depending on the service provided, you may be able to claim through Medicare or Private Health, however, we will guide you in this process. 

What is the NDIS?

The NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme that provides support to eligible people with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities. The nationally consistent early childhood approach is for children younger than 7 with a disability or a developmental delay, and their families. 

Where are you located?

We are located on the Central Coast in Umina Beach. 

Do we need a referral for your programs?

No, you don't need a referral to be able to see us. 

My child has not been diagnosed, should I still consider your program?

Yes definitely. Early intervention is key in helping children reach their potential and we work with children of all abilities whether they have received a formal diagnosis or not.
