In order to protect your security, Climb Learning’s website is hosted with Australian based website hosts, VentraIP, who take measures to invest in network security infrastructure to ensure defence from cyber attacks. We ensure updates to hardware and software are carried out. Devices used to access your information are password protected and staff and contractors are only provided with the required information in order to complete their job

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

 

Children

The minimum age to use our website is 18 years of age. We collect the personal data of children under 16 years of age. We only collect the personal data of children under 16 years of age with the express consent of their parents or guardians. This consent is collected as follows:

  • Parents provide child’s personal identifiable information when interacting with Climb Learning either online and/or via contact and booking forms, telephone calls, text messages, emails, social media.
